We own this 83 m2 apartment in which we make available to you a bedroom as well as the common areas such as the kitchen if needed. We live in this apartment with our two children aged 8 and 11. The space Located on the outskirts of the Monplaisir district, the accommodation is located at the foot of the T2 tram line, Villon stop. This makes access to the city center and SNCF train station very quick. We are also a 10-minute walk from metro line D. We are also close to supermarkets (Casino, Lidl, Aldi and Intermarché), pharmacy, bakery... (less than 5 min walk) Guest access We provide you with an independent room with a 140 bed. The rest of the apartment will be shared with us, including a kitchen open to the living room, a balcony for potential smokers, and a bathroom with shower. We will be present during your stay and will be happy to suggest good places to you. However, we will remain discreet so that you are comfortable.
