Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located 2-level home. Walking distance to historic downtown 3rd St & the newly developed Alpine district where you’ll find excellent restaurants, wine tasting, breweries, boutiques, coffee, antiques and more. This home is for adults only and is not furnished for children. Sleeping Space: - 1 King Bed Upstairs - 1 Queen Bed Downstairs Bathrooms: - 3/4 on Main (Shower Only) - 3/4 in Upper (Bathtub Only) The space You'll arrive to a level driveway with a short paved pathway to the house. Walk up two steps to the covered porch with bench seats to set your things while you enter the front door code to access the house. (The code is assigned before checking in.) Please remove your shoes upon entering. Enter into a bright, open living space with a well stocked kitchen, center island with stools & dining table. The living room is furnished with a sofa, 2 chairs, a 44" TV on an arm for angled viewing and has both cable & streaming options to include Netflix & Hulu. (The fireplace is not for use and battery candles have been set for ambiance.) Off the great room is a short hallway where you'll see the coat closet. The hall leads to a bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The queen bedroom is to the left. (A 3rd bedroom on the right is locked off from use per city regulations only allowing renting 2 bedrooms.) The queen bedroom has a high quality pillowtop mattress, nightstands, side lamps, door hanger in lieu of a closet and a 6 drawer dresser. The 40" TV is an Apple TV only. (No cable or other streaming options.) To the other side of the house you’ll see the back door to the patio and laundry room through the garage. (The owners car is stored in the garage. There is parking in the driveway for your car.) The laundry is furnished with new front loading machines, hand steamer, iron, etc. We have lawn games like Corn Hole, Jenga and 4 in a row behind the garage door. Walk upstairs to an open media loft featuring a 58" TV with cable and streaming options to include Netflix & Hulu. The posh white sectional was custom made and feels like a nest! There is a desk nook & office supply tucked in the corner for those that work remotely. A shelf there contains a variety of board & card games for your entertainment. Off the media room is the 2nd bathroom with a 6’ built-in soaking tub (No Shower), bath bubbles, first aid and most anything you'll need. The King bedroom is to the other side of the media area and features an extra soft pillowtop mattress. The bedroom has a large hanging closet and dresser. The room is furnished with a hutch, nightstands, side lamps and a 44" TV with cable and streaming options to include Netflix and Hulu. The back patio off the dining area if fully fenced for privacy and includes a sectional with a propane fire table, an eating table, a dual fuel BBQ Grill and serving cart. Guest access Full House except a small locking closet for personal items and a 3rd bedroom that is locked due to city requirements. 2 bedrooms are advertised for use. Other things to note Please note this property is limited to 4 adults. All overnight guests must be on the reservation. No pets and no smoking or vaping within 20' of the house. A Ring Camera Doorbell is installed for security.
