Also nearby Coffee shops, ethnic restaurants and specialty stores. The space Main floor of the House is spacious and comfortable. Has fully furnished living room & dining room. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and a spacious closet. The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary cookware to prepare your meals easily, includes dishes and cutlery. The kitchen has a stove & fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer. There is an Iron & ironing board. There is a three piece bathroom, tub with shower, includes use of towels. There is a porch overlooking the street, a bistro table and chairs at the front lawn area for your enjoyment. Guest access You will have access to the main floor , front porch, bistro table and front lawn described in the general description. There is after hours and 2 hour parking when available within a block of the house. Permit parking is available at no charge, please provide copy of vehicle registration to me before checkin. Other things to note The lower suite and garage are not included. Hot Tub is available upon request if mutually agreed upon and for a fee. Registration Details BL270198
