Nice cottage in the countryside in the heart of a renovated old farmhouse. Ideally located between the medieval city of Laon (10 min) and the historic city of Soissons (20 min), close to Center Parcs Le Lac d'Ailette (20 min), the Caverne du Dragon/Chemin des Dames (20 min) and the Axo'Plage leisure center (7 min). 50 minutes from Reims. 1 hour 10 minutes from Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport 1 hr 20 min to Disneyland Paris and Parc Astérix. The space The house comprises: On the ground floor: Large living room with kitchen open to dining room and living room with pellet stove and direct access to the garden. Bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Utility Room with washing machine. Upstairs: A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190). Bedroom with three single beds (90 x 190). Storage in every bedroom. Large landing with office space (WIFI). Outside: Small fully enclosed garden with outbuilding that can be used as a bicycle storage room. Garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. Outdoor games (Molkky, pétanque). Closed parking area that can accommodate several vehicles. Sheets and towels are provided. Board games and documentation on the sights of the area are available. Baby equipment (baby bed with mattress/highchair/bathtub/bottle warmer) available in the accommodation. Pets are not allowed. Guest access Detached house with garden and parking. Private entrance. Self check-in. Other things to note We live in the house next door which allows us to be easily available if needed.
