Home in Oroville

Our cottage home is located just outside of the city limits of Oroville. It is approximately a 4 minute drive to Oroville Hospital and about 30 minutes to Enloe Hospital in Chico. Our little home is perfect for a weekend trip to Lake Oroville or for the traveling professional looking for a quiet place to live while working. The space The house is small but fully stocked with essentials. The house only is available to guests. There are other structures on property however these are off limits. The property is heated by a wood stove only. Wood/kindling provided. The property is secured by a gate and partially fenced for additional security. Large gravel parking area perfect for boat/rv when traveling.
