Absolutely quiet located on the first floor of a bavarian style home with only 3 Apartments. Within walking distance you can find each hiking and cross county trails, the Kainzenbad natural swimming pool, Olympic ski jump, Eckbauer cable car and the famous Partnach gorge. Rheumatism clinic of children and shopping facilities The space are nearby. The pedestrian zone of Garmisch is in 15 minutes walking distance. The cozy and comfortably furnished apartment has a nice mountain view and a balcony facing south and west. It consists of a living room with a dining area and a comfortable couch with two upholstered chairs, a bed room with king size bed and a second bed room with french sized bed, a fully furnished kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is fully equipped for 4 persons. Children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. a linen package (1x bed linen, 1 normal towel, 1 shower towel) € 14,00 is obligatory for each arriving guest. Additional linen can of course be booked on request. We are happy to provide you with a travel crib (€ 12. 00), a high chair (€ 6. 00) or an extra bed (€ 15. 00) in the apartments where possible. Kitchen towels and cleaning material are in the apartment.
