Private Peaceful Beach Nuevo Vallarta

The new large pool is a treat but we only have access to the furthest pool from the main condo building and our beach access is great. We are between RIU Hotel & Private Condos Aria Ocean. Wireless wifi is avail but it can be light at times, email and TV work great Zoom can be an issue. The space A studio with a private entrance less than 1 min walk to the beach. Above you is a huge terrace so you can take in the view and smell of the ocean. A brand new spacious studio with everything you need. Guest access The terrace is all yours for sunbathing, BBQ or to sit back and have a moment. We have a walkway to the beach the bungalow on the right side facing the beach is for our use. The pool closest to the home is for our use. Other things to note Very few rentals in this community, most houses are privately owned. Hotel management can be strict but if we stay in our areas no issues. NEW CONSTRUCTION started in July 2025 on a new resort to the right facing the beach.
