Soak your tired muscles in the private creekside geothermal pool, kick back under the stars with a drink in hand and the BBQ sizzling. Inside, bold design meets cozy comfort, featuring original artwork (including a mural by Wrangler & Yeti artist Jess Mudgett), and natural, sustainable materials throughout. This isn’t your average cabin — it’s a launchpad for adventure and a sanctuary for recovery! The space Agua Caliente features OEKO-TEX 100% cotton bedding and natural sustainable body and cleaning products. Recent cabin renovations include natural clay and plaster paints to provide a greener experience during your stay. Curated one of a kind items and original artwork are featured throughout the cabin. The three bedrooms are located on the upstairs main level. The main bedroom has a king bed. The smaller bedroom with the daybed has 2 twins (you must walk through this space to access the next room) The Rattle Room featuring 2 king beds and a 65” qled tv. The 2 rooms are separated by adjustable curtains. The entire space has a closable door to offer privacy to it. Upstairs also features the pool table and lounge. The table has been newly felted and leveled. The lounge has a coffee table as well as sectional sofa perfect for afternoon books (or naps!) Downstairs you will find the main living space with a fully customizable electric fireplace that changes colors and speeds. It also offers heat if you are wanting to be extra cozy. There is a 55” qled tv and a selection of games and cards in the built in entertainment center. You can view the tv via the living room , the large open dining room or from the outside patio. Plenty of seating options with several stools and footrests to make this the best hangout space in the house. A closet under the stairs is stocked for the littles. There is a high chair, floor games, a play kitchen that fits perfectly against the black wall of the stairs, and various coloring supplies. The kitchen is next to the living space and features an island with a large gas Viking range with 4 burners and a griddle. The fridge is stainless steel as well and has a drawer freezer with a water dispenser on the door. There is one oven and the microwave has a convection oven option. There is also an under counter wine fridge. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary cooking items as well as all organic herbs and spices for your epic meals or bbqs. Cutting boards, wine glasses, a blender, mixing bowls , cake pan and baking dishes. The coffee bar beverage station features a Moccamaster drip coffee maker with a stainless steel carafe that makes it easy to transport for morning hotspring soaks, a pour over and a French Press. There is an electric gooseneck kettle for your coffee and tea needs as well. Under the coffee bar is a large tub with a growler and metal cups. Fill em up and take it down to the water but please, no glass in the yard. There is a water dispenser on the exterior refrigerator door and ice maker inside the lower freezer drawer. The second bathroom is next to the kitchen and has all the hotspring towels, washer and dryer but also has a large jetted soaking tub. There are hooks in the hallway to hang your hotspring towels or dry bags if you choose to bring them for your soak. Heads-Up:

Other things to note * We provide internet, this is not your normal highspeed wifi you might be used to. The mountains are tricky. We do not guarantee the internet will work during your stay. Video streaming and video calls may or may not work as well. Enable WIFI calling on your device to make and receive calls. *The household water is geothermal, so it takes a while for it to get cold (think opposite of standard plumbing). Yes, the water is safe to drink. The water is on a well and due to this has a lower pressure than standard residential housing. *The cabin is heated geothermally downstairs. If it is too warm, the windows can crank slightly open to your desired temperature (We love to open above the kitchen sink and one of the living room windows). Upstairs, space heaters and fans are provided. What is the temperature of the Hotspring? The pool temperatures vary by season and by wind and outdoor ambient temperatures but can range between 95-108 degrees. Our natural water temperatures are estimates and are not guaranteed and can not be adjusted. Use of cold water can adjust cooler only (grey switch). The water is not chemically treated and sediment and algae are naturally occurring. Winter *4wd AND chains are always recommended in winter months. The property is off mountain dirt roads. Roads are plowed usually snow of 6” or more.
