Giant Granddaddy Oaks draped in moss, and the lush full gardens of our estate. You'll feel welcomed to seclusion, paradise, and more. Near to restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment, yet still isolated from the bustle of life. Relax by the pool, or soak away your worries in our hot tub. And then there's Sox the cat, and Spike, our St. Berdoodle pup as well. The space Set on some acres, as are the neighboring homes, this is an upscale neighborhood, quiet, safe, with multi million dollar properties around us. We live here, and the apartment is attached to our home, but is also completely separate and private, with its own entrance. We are just a few minutes from Santos Trails, and the Florida Horse Park. The historic district downtown is an easy 8-10 minute drive. The WEC (World Equestrian Center) a quick 15 - 20 minute drive. Parking is complimentary. The apartment is studio style, generously proportioned, and located on the second floor, with a dedicated entrance and accessed by a short flight of stairs. The apartment hosts a spacious king sized bed, a sitting area with relaxing leather recliner style lounge chairs and a wall mounted TV, as well as a proper table and chairs for dining. The bathroom hosts a shower, WC and wash basin. The kitchenette a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven/air fryer, and kettle. Note: This apartment does not offer a full sized kitchen but if you seek an open flame, we do provide a full size picnic table and charcoal grill, as well as a fire pit in the garden area just outside the apartment. Our grounds, paddocks, and gardens are yours to enjoy, along with the pool and hot tub area. Towels are provided, as is an outdoor shower. We are on a farm and surrounded by other farms with lots of animals! If you stay, plan on a greeting from our various pets, including our Giant Muppet/St Berdoodle, Spike, and our cats Foof and Kitty Kit, as well as our free range chickens (the "Bawk Bawk Girls"), who roam the property. Upon arrival you'll find all the information needed to enjoy your stay, including our phone number for easier communications. Guest gate code, too, so you can come and go as you please. Note, that as this apartment forms a part of our residential property, we do not provide lock box access. We have noted some guests seem to prefer a "contactless experience", but given the location, nature, and privacy of our small estate, we cannot provide such an experience. Other things to note Pets: If you wish to bring a pet with you for your stay, please reach out to us. Whilst we have a "no pets" general policy, we do make exceptions at times. Just ask us. There are additional pet fees and policies which can be viewed under "House Rules". Children: We do not accept children under the age of 12 years. For riders wishing to enjoy Santos Trails, we're 1.2 miles from the entrance.
