This pet-friendly cabin sleeps 6 (King BR, loft Queen, sleeper sofas, futon, 1 bath) on a deep cove. Enjoy a private dock, with jet ski port, hot tub, tram water access, W/D, Wi-Fi, and 3 TVs. Features easy road access and a brand-new 100' deck-level gangplank for year-round dock access regardless of water levels. Pictures are in the gallery. Near marinas and launches! The space This charming year round chalet style house on the shore line of Douglas Lake offers breathtaking views, easy access to the water and private dock. The main floor has a full kitchen with modern appliances, dining area with bar seating as well. The cozy living room with a wood burning fireplace for the cooler months (wood not provided but can be purchased at local grocery stores). There are also two sleeper sofas located in the living room. The primary bedroom has a king bed. Also a full bathroom on the main level. The loft area offers a queen size bed and a futon sleeper. Outside there are multiple levels of decks. There is a 6 person hot tub to relax in with beautiful views of the mountains and lake. For your convenience there is an electric tram to carry you and your gear down to the lower deck where theres a dining and sitting area and just a few steps more to the new gang plank and private dock, where a boat or other watercraft can be tied to. Making this accessible even in the fall and winter. There is no put in for your watercraft on site but there are several free launches near this house. Check Out Shady Grove Boat Dock or Douglas Dam. This property is located about 10-15 minutes from Historic Downtown Dandridge. There are shops and grocery stores near there. About 45 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains, 30 mins from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. There are also several marinas around the lake to rent watercraft and other toys. We do not provide any of that. Guest access The guests have access to the whole property. Including the motorized tram that is the only access to the waters edge. There is no launch on site for boats or other watercraft, but there are several marina's and public launches nearby. You can always ask your host for options. Other things to note Lazy Lake is a pet-friendly home. So please remember to pick up after your pet and dispose of their waste properly. When you select that you are bringing pets, the price is for one pet only. You will have to declare all pets. 2 or more pets are an additional $15 per night per pet. We will send you a separate invoice for extra pets through AirBNB. We will also need to know the sizes of the pets, if more than one pet is being brought on vacation.
