This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath home with a sofa sleeper on 25 beautiful and secluded acres with a pond. The property is 1 mile from Richton, 30 minutes from Hattiesburg and Laurel, and 1- 1.5 hours from the Mississippi Gulf Coast (Biloxi, Ocean Springs, Pascagoula). The space Welcome to the country! Guest will be able to relax without interruptions. You will have the whole property to yourself for a peaceful getaway! Sleeping: the sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the bedroom, a full size sofa sleeper in the sunroom, and a blow up mattress, if needed, for a maximum of 5 guest. The naturally lite sunroom includes a full dining table, a rocking chair, sofa sleeper, and coffee table with 12 windows all the way around for a full view of the scenic wooded pine trees. 🌳 Enjoy Wi-Fi, two smart/Roku/ cable TVs, a full kitchen with all necessities (pots, pans, dishes, spices, wine glasses, coffee pot/ coffee, tea, etc), full laundry room (washer/dryer), and outdoor sitting areas on the back and front porch. 📺🛁🛏️☕️ The house is completely stocked with towels, linens, blankets, and everything else you would need for a relaxing getaway in the country. We have two fun kayaks with paddles and life jackets for our guests to enjoy. Say hey to our pet duck “duck duck” who will be enjoying the pond year round! You can even feed him, he loves company! 🦆🚣🏼‍♂️ The beautiful and clean pond is perfect for family fishing. It has easy access, a pier, and is stocked with bass, perch, catfish, and crape. Feel free to use our fishing poles provided in the shed or bring your own! Yes, you can keep the fish and enjoy them for dinner. 🎣 We also have exercise equipment (free weights, bench, jump rope, kettles bell, and weight rack) for use at your own risk. 🏋🏽‍♂️ Guest have access to games and sports equipment: tennis rackets/ balls, disk golf discs, badminton, ladder golf, can jam, volleyball, flag football set, kickball, card games, and board games. 🏸 Message me for more information and pricing for events such as small weddings, baby showers, or birthdays.
