Do not pour cooking oil in the sink. 5. Hanging clothes in the balcony is not allowed (Condo management penalty of P500 - P1,500). 6. To maintain the unit, cleaning essentials are available: broom, dustpan, toilet mop for the toilet, and Tornado mop for the living area and bedroom. 7. Cooking pans and pots are non-stick, so it is advisable to use a minimal amount of oil. 8. To clean non-stick pans and pots, soak them in water and use only a sponge to avoid scratching the non-stick component. 9. Please throw trash in the designated trash bin. 10. The garbage collection room is located after the elevator area, on the left side.
