Kidsproof private villa - Jan Thiel

Our private kidsproof villa with its own swimming pool, terrace, garden and outdoor play area is located in the popular Jan Thiel district. Centrally located between Jan Thiel beach (4 minutes), Mambo Beach (10 minutes) and Willemstad (12 minutes). The space The villa (approximately 120m2) is located in the modern residential area of ​​Damasco (Jan Thiel) and is stylish, colorful and boho furnished. With an indoor play corner, reading books, games and an outdoor play corner, this is the ideal holiday home for families with (young) children. We also have two camping beds, Tripp Trapp chairs, changing mats, a play mat and a baby bath available. The villa has a big garden with private swimming pool. You have complete privacy during your stay. The living room has a flat screen TV with Apple TV (including Netflix). A wireless speaker is available if you would like to listen to your own music. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso machine with milk frother and a large refrigerator with freezer. We have a large dining table on the terrace and you can sit on one of the outdoor sofas to enjoy the sunset, for example. There is also a barbecue here that our guests can use. The house has three bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The master bedroom is the largest bedroom. Here you will find a California king size bed and a workplace. The second bedroom has two single bed, the third bedroom has one single bed. There is a small but nice swimming pool in the garden. Because it is not too deep and has some elevations, it is also a nice place for the little ones to cool off. At the back of the garden, next to the laundry room, there is a play area with a playhouse and small climbing frame. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, garden and swimming pool. Other things to note - MANDATORY CLEANING. For bookings longer than 7 nights, it is mandatory to have the villa cleaned after 7 nights. The costs are 75 euros and must be paid in advance or will be deducted from the deposit. For bookings of 8 or 9 days, it is not always mandatory, but we look at the composition of your travel group. - DEPOSIT. We require a security deposit of 500 EUR/USD which must be paid either via Airbnb or in cash upon arrival at the villa. We assume that everything is in order when you leave the villa, but in the event of loss, theft or damage to items belonging to the villa, an amount will be charged. If the deposit paid covers the damage, this will be settled. If the deposit is not sufficient, we are forced to report the damage via Airbnb and Airbnb will reimburse us for the damage via your credit card or other payment method. - ADDITIONAL ELECTRICITY COSTS Up to 40kWh per day included. This amount is sufficient for average use. Any additional electricity consumption must be paid afterwards at EUR 0.45 per kWh. The meter readings will be taken with you at both check-in and check-out. After reading the meter readings, our host will deduct the included amount and, if necessary, deduct the additional costs from the deposit. You will receive the rest of the deposit back. Good to know: we have solar panels that provide the house almost entirely with electricity from sunrise to sunset.
