The Guest Suite-a cozy private space near 15/I-99

Enjoy easy walking or a short drive to small town shops and restaurants from this in-town suite. Come and go as you please while you’re here. There are lots of adventures around as our small town is nestled a short drive off of 15/I-99 and is surrounded by state forests. A great central locality, take a day trip to Williamsport, Corning, The Finger Lakes, or explore the PA Grand Canyon. Or just sit on the patio and watch the birds. The patio is private and there is a small yard to the side. The space The space isn’t huge but newly remodeled with maximizing the accommodations in mind. A comfortable queen size bed. Kitchenette. Work desk. In-suite split bathroom (shower in one room, commode and sink in the other). Cozy book nook, and the patio. All yours for the time you’re here. This is an old house so be aware you may hear the baseboards heating in the room above or movement in the main house. Also we have a school playground across the street so on school days there is at times much “children-at-play” noise. Overall this is a quite neighborhood. Guest access You’ll have the run of the former front parlor and attached covered patio. Completely remodeled to give guests exclusive access to their area of the house. No shared space. Other things to note There are a few stairs to navigate: two onto the porch. And then three into the suite. Also there are a couple on the sidewalk from parking to the patio. I do charge a small cleaning fee to help cover the cost of cleaning products and the use of washer n dryer. I use only natural cleaners with no bio hazards (they aren’t cheap but neither are the medical issues cheap cleaners cause)
