Description

Spacious and comfortable room in Stoneybatter, Dublin, a vibrant area of the city listed by Time Out magazine as one of the coolest neighbourhoods in the world. There are plenty of amazing restaurants, pubs and cafés right on your doorstep. My home is also within walking distance of the town centre, the Guinness Storehouse, the Jameson Distillery and the Phoenix Park. The tram (LUAS) is also a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Guest access As this is a Private Room and not the entire place, the apartment is shared with me, the Host. Guests have access to: BEDROOM BATHROOM is shared with me KITCHEN is available for making tea/coffee and light breakfast preparation COMMON / LIVING AREA is shared with me but typically I am out most evenings. Other things to note NOISE AND ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE info Because my home is in the heart of Dublin and street facing, there can be street noise, especially at weekends or holidays. I normally sleep through it without being disturbed, however, I wanted to ensure light sleepers know this. CHECK-IN is from 3 pm. Please let me know your arrival time and I can greet you or arrange a lockbox. At times it may be possible to take luggage before check-in - just ask. CHECKOUT is 10 am but if I don't have an immediate check-in the day following I might be able to be flexible - just ask.
