The home is divided into 2 self-contained units with off-street parking. Perfect for 2 couples/families wanting separate spaces. Located 10 mins drive East of Adelaide. Each unit has fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, split system air-con. in bedrooms and living spaces, SMART TV, WIFI & self check in. Close to supermarkets, cafes, reserves, playgrounds & restaurants. 2 mins walk to bus stop (to CBD). Units are also listed on Airbnb separately, note they are not the same size or layout). The space Both units have high raked ceilings, large windows and floorboards giving the impression of space. Each unit has 2 bedrooms. The bathrooms in both units are modern. There are split system air-conditioners in living rooms and bedrooms enabling each room to be set to a comfortable temperature. Each unit has its own laundry with a Bosch washer/dryer combo and large troughs. Both kitchens are large and fully equipped with modern appliances, including full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. There are many gum trees surrounding the property which can be enjoyed from the outdoor areas, as can the wildlife they attract such as birds, including kookaburras, and occasionally koalas.
