There’s a spacious deck out front- perfect for building snowmen or stargazing on a warm Summer evening. The backyard is fenced in making it a great place for the family pup to roam. We’re walking distance to the local dog park & playground and a short drive to the local resorts, lake and downtown Big Bear. The space The property has parking for 2 vehicles. There is a deck out front with built in seating. As you enter the cabin, you’ll first notice the large kitchen and dining area with breakfast nook. Just beyond the kitchen is the spacious living room with a wood burning fireplace, Smart TV, assortment of DVDs, books, comfortable barrel chairs and a sofa sleeper which can sleep 2 comfortably. There’s also a medium dog crate perfect for dogs 40 lbs and below. The master bedroom has a Cal King Bed, dresser, Smart TV, phone charger/alarm and large closet with a fan and space heater. There are also extra linens for the pull out couch. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and twin mattress on top. There is also cabinet with a smart TV and Wii gaming console, storage area for clothes and integrated dresser. This bedroom has a view into the backyard. Just outside of this bedroom is a washer/dryer. The remodeled bathroom features a shower/tub combo and a heater fan for those cold mornings. The backyard is fully fenced-in with a charcoal/wood burning bbq, a propane firepit with surrounding seating area, horseshoe pit and an enclosed game room featuring a beautiful foosball table and dartboard.
