The house has 2 private rooms with A/C, breakfast bar, equipped kitchen, dining room, spacious living room, full bathroom, patio and parking. Guest access The accommodation is exclusive to the person who books it. It is not shared with anyone else, nor are spaces shared. The guest can use all the facilities. Other things to note This accommodation is located in one of the first neighborhoods built in Cancun. It was built 40 years ago. It is a simple house, typical of working people. The neighbors are working people, families with children and pets. There are no luxuries, it is not modern, but it certainly has everything you need for a good stay.
