Choose our classic 1925 Brick Tudor Basement apartment as your home base for Seattle sight-seeing. Just over a mile from Golden Gardens Park, and 5 miles from the Seattle Space Needle and Pike Place Market, our home provides a convenient landing place for you to relax after exploring the great Seattle sights! Close to grocery stores, bus routes, and good eats, our home provides a comfortable place to curate all your photos from your Pacific Northwest Adventures! The space Our place can accommodate up to 5 people. There is a California King in the main bedroom, which also has an occasional chair which turns into a one-person cot and a dresser. The living room has a piano and a full-sized pull out bed. The full kitchen has as nice big window that brings in natural light, as well as everything you need for home-cooked meals. Since our home is nearly 100 years old, you will hear likely hear creaking floors and muffled voices from upstairs through older heating vents. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the patio and backyard. We love meeting new people, and are willing to interact as much or little as you would like.
