The property has 4 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom: • 1 master bedroom with a king-size bed on the second level • 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds • 1 triple room with three single beds All are connected by long corridors featuring traditional architecture that lead to a charming central garden, where you can enjoy the tranquility that defines Antigua. The house offers a modern kitchen, two dining rooms, and spacious living areas with a fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. With a capacity for up to 10 people, it’s ideal for family gatherings. Located just 6 blocks from Antigua Guatemala’s Central Park, Casa Uno also has parking for one car, combining an excellent location with an authentic and comfortable experience. Guest access Please identify yourself to the security guard with your ID (passport) upon arrival. Once verified, you will receive the code to access the key box in the house. Other things to note Casa Uno is located 3 blocks from La Bodegona supermarket and 7 blocks from the general market, where you can find everything you need. WATER We provide Ecofiltro and Agua Salvavidas. You can purchase additional water for Q20 per jug. TOILET PAPER The Airbnb includes 4 rolls of toilet paper. Once these are used up, it will be your responsibility to restock. RULES No events, parties, or pets are allowed. Penalties will apply as this is an organized neighborhood. CLEANING The cleaning service costs Q400 per day (US$50) and includes the replenishment of towels and toiletries. PLEASE CONFIRM WHICH DAY with your host, Diana. HOURS: TUESDAY AND THURSDAY from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. LAUNDRY SERVICE Casa Luna does not provide personal laundry service.
