Lejkasdria Suites Main and Cabin

The property has been with the family for almost a decade. It gives our family tranquility and serenity. We opened our home together with a cafe, and hoped that you'll visit and feel the same calmness and happiness we experienced. The space We are a private house and NOT a hotel that is situated in a local neighborhood. 1 1/2 to 2 hours drive from Manila will bring you to this house we called Home. Local food and mini groceries are accessible in the area. The ground floor is well ventilated with electric fans and can acommodate comfortably 15 to 20pax. Guest access Three air-conditioned bedrooms on the main house with 6 beds (1 bedroom has portable aircon), and two air-conditioned bedrooms on the small house with 3 double beds are accessible to our guest. Beds are to be shared by the 16pax but if you need extra cushion you may ask our help we can lend it to you. One bedroom is locked and NOT included on the rent and exclusive for the owners use. Only registered guest will be able to access the entire house. House is good for 16 pax, we discourage add on but if you insist an additional of P1000 per head will be billed. There's possibility of noise from the neighborhood, local community and the cafe. Please expect insects, bugs for we are close to nature, please bring your insect repellant. We have dogs in the property that are secured and will not harm you but best be observed. Electricity and internet connection disruption is beyond our control. We don't have a life guard so please watch your children and friends during swimming. Other things to note The property can accommodate 3 to 4 SUV, but if you need more please asked our staff and he will gladly guide you to where you can park outside of the premises. He is available but will give the guest privacy unless he is called. This is a NON-SMOKING house. Designated smoking area outside will be provided with a bin in which you can dispose properly the cigarette butts. Water is not recommended for drinking but instead use the mineral water provided during your stay. Reminder to bring your own towel, food and ingredients. We have a cafe in front thats open from 8am to 9pm on weekend Saturday and Sunday and 10am to 9pm on weekdays Thursday and Friday. That serves good coffee and all day breakfast and meals in which you can order food if you wish too. Hoping to meet you all soon.
