King Beds/Hottub @ The Parkside Classic

This centrally-located historic home offers the best of what a short stay should be: Top notch linens and King sized beds, a fantastic hottub and outdoor entertainment spaces, quality furniture and all the extras that make a house a home. Less than a mile to campus and downtown. The space Welcome to Columbia and The Parkside Classic, aptly named for its proximity to Stewart Park and the MKT Trail System. The Parkside Classic encourages you to get outside and enjoy, all while welcoming a little time to relax and enjoy the front porch or sit out back with a good book and a glass of wine. Top notch furnishings and location. Completely gutted and remodeled in 2018, this 100yr old homes retains much of its original charming features, but with all the peace of mind that comes with new. Guests are given access to the entire home with a few exceptions: The garage will remain off limits and locked up as will the office (the third bedroom). The laundry can be found in the basement along with all the soaps and detergents you might need. The owner does use the back room for personal storage. Extras like toilet paper and paper towels are also kept downstairs on the table at the bottom of the stairs. There are two HVAC systems, one for each level. The outdoor entertainment area was completed in 2022 and brought the addition of the hot tub and outdoor seating areas. This is a wonderful space for all times of the year. Guest access Guests have the ability to self check in. There is a coded box on the side door and the codes are regenerated for each guest. Guests will have full access to the homes with a couple of exceptions: the garage and the third bedroom (used as my office). The basement area is equipped with laundry and fully available for guests who I may need to wash anything. Extra paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies are also kept downstairs.
