The space Discover the expansive charm of our home, featuring not one, but two delightful courtyards and a sprawling pool. The journey begins in the front with our well-appointed kitchen, which opens directly to the pool, patio, and garden—perfect for indoor-outdoor living. Next, you'll find the inviting sala (living room), a versatile space for reading, movie nights, or simply socializing. From here, step into the second courtyard, a tranquil oasis with a mango tree and an additional seating area for games or relaxation. This courtyard also provides convenient laundry facilities. Tucked away at the back of the house are the three comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Configurations include a queen bed, a double bed with a single bunk, and another double bed. All of these bedrooms enjoy the luxury of private full bathrooms. Rest assured, you'll have fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels readily available. The kitchen is set up for easy meal preparation with essentials like a coffee press, cooking pots/pans, spices, salt, pepper, sugar, and coffee. Enjoy the comfort of A/C in both main bedrooms and hot water in all bathrooms. For a refreshing experience, an unheated outdoor shower is also available! Please note the importance of electricity conservation; kindly turn off A/C, lights, and fans when not in use. A $100 weekly deposit for electricity, gas, and water applies to stays of 7 days or longer, with refunds for unused amounts. Granada is a very safe city, but like any city in you will want to keep track of valuables when in public places and keep the front metal doors is closed if you are not in the front of the house. Security is paramount. The house features an electric fence and security cameras for an extra sense of security. Guest access The entire house is private for your family to enjoy. Other things to note Living in an open-air house means you'll truly experience the sounds of Nicaragua! Get ready for roosters, parakeets, barking dogs, and the lively calls of street vendors and mobile shops. Firecrackers are also part of the everyday soundscape here. These are all completely normal. If you're a light sleeper, we recommend earplugs or using white noise. We're looking to host families, couples, solo travelers, or smaller groups of mature friends, rather than groups of young adults. We're happy to chat with any group to ensure a good fit. There is a 2 night stay minimum.
