Private room in a recently RENOVATED, SPACIOUS and BRIGHT apartment with 5 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 2 shared bathrooms located in one of the best areas of downtown Madrid, next to the most recommended places to discover the city: main avenues, squares, museums, shops, leisure, ... Located in a classic building with elevator. Adapted to the typical style and preserving decorative furniture, the rooms have large windows and new, very comfortable XXL beds. The space Check-in can be done 24 hours a day, check availability and additional costs depending on the schedule. Clean towels and sheets are available, and shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. If you need anything else, let me know. As for this room, you have 2 options: - 1 XXL 160x200 (QueenSize+) bed by default. - 2 single beds (check availability and additional price). If you prefer this option, you must NOTIFY ME as soon as possible, as once you arrive at the accommodation, the change to add the second bed cannot be made. If you need more additional rooms, ask me for availability. Guest access The apartment has 1 spacious and modern kitchen fully equipped for your use. It also has 2 new full bathrooms. Cleanliness and tidiness will always be essential for the guest to have a comfortable and pleasant stay.
