One of the largest homes in the Casitas, Casa Chica is a spacious, colorful designer retreat made for slow days by the sea. With breathtaking Pacific views, generous indoor-outdoor living spaces, ocean-view dining, a Yucatán hammock, and a charming courtyard filled with plants, it’s a wonderful place to gather, unwind, and enjoy the magic of Careyes. The space The home has two bedrooms: a king suite with a full bathroom and private terrace, and a second loft-style bedroom with a queen bed, TV area, and full bathroom. A large, fully equipped open kitchen connects to the living spaces, while two beautiful lounges and a dining table for eight overlook the ocean. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, its terraces, courtyard, and living areas, with direct access to the beach. Playa Rosa Restaurant is within walking distance. Careyes Club & Residences is also nearby, but access and use of its facilities require an additional fee. Private parking is available. Other things to note Casa Chica accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. Careyes is surrounded by tropical nature, so local wildlife, including coatis, may occasionally visit. Please keep all food inside and close the kitchen doors at night. We also recommend bringing cash, as the nearest ATM is approximately one hour away by car.
