Nice house in a good spot for those who want easy access to everything – city, nature and the sea. Newly renovated with all amenities. 300 meters to the bus station. The buses leave every 5-10 minutes and it takes about 30 minutes to Stockholm. Walking distance to several supermarkets, pizza restaurants and Tyresö city. 20 minutes by car to Tyresö beach and it's spots for swimming. Biking distance to many lakes and small beaches in Tyresö and Haninge. Two national parks nearby. The space Main floor: Bedroom with a luxurious double bed from Jensen. An open floor plan with kitchen, dinner area and livingroom. Doors for easy access to patios on both the front- and the backside of the house. A bathroom with a toilet, bathtub, shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. A small bathroom with a toilet. Second floor: A recreational room with a second TV, comfy armchairs, boardgames and a round table to hang out at. Two bedrooms with a single bed in each. Guest access As guests you have the whole house to yourselves, with all amenities. You can also rent extra bed mattresses or a big double inflatable mattress (easy to inflate and deflate automatically). That way, more than 4 people can sleep in the house. Other things to note Cleaning is not included. Guests clean the house before check out. Flowers inside and a few pots with flowers outside need water.
