La Casa Blanca is located in the lush tropics of El Cocal. Our casita is just up the hill from the neighborhoods private beach. Come relax & refresh in a Puerto Rican oasis. 6 guest maximum on property (including infants) Only parking on premises for 1 vehicle NO PARTIES MUST HAVE A RENTAL CAR… we are 1 he 20 min from the airport ! The space Our casa is nestled up on a hill surrounded by lush jungle. We are only a short walk from the beach but just far enough away to enjoy a private oasis. The house is complete with a kitchen, living room, 2 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms consisting of one king one queen & two twin beds. Guest access Anywhere, however there is one owners closet in the house hallway that will remain locked. Other things to note If you are traveling from outside of PR. I would highly advise a rental car to access our property. It would be a very expensive taxi ride down from the airport. Sometimes power is finicky in our area due to an unstable country wide power grid. We do not have a backup generator should it go out during your stay. Along with its perks island living also has its disadvantages. Sometimes the county water will go out. It varies for the amount of time. Please notify us if this happens & we will step you through how to access water for showering and flushing only.
