Monaco Penthouse is the first luxury high rise in San Pedro La Laguna. We offer a range of apartments with each floor its own private well designated space. Our 5th floor rooftop lounge has a common area with kitchenette, dinning and work space but most of all guests have the most incredible and incomparable views of Lake Atitlan. If the 2nd room is requested there will be an additional request for 35USD.** Currently the city is rationing water and use of the tub is not available, only shower. Other things to note Important Note There is a steep slope from the road to the building. This will be difficult to access if one has issues walking or with babies. -Entry is via an access code. -We do NOT offer to carry your luggage. If you feel you need help, please let us know in advance so we can arrange for someone to come. An extra charge will be charged depending on your luggage. The person will be available until 5:00 p.m. In the town center, there is potential for noise, especially dogs and roosters. We recommend to bring earplugs. On Lake Atitlan there are scheduled and unscheduled power outages. If one needs consistent wifi, we recommend buying. a TIGO sim card for access to hotspot when necessary.
