This small Basque house of about 80 m2 offers all the comforts for a peaceful stay. 10 min from downtown Tarbes by car, this house offers everything you need to put your bags down and enjoy Tarbes and its surroundings. The house consists of 3 bedrooms (two double beds and a single bed), a living room, dining room, separate kitchen, shower room and separate toilet. Recently renovated, you can enjoy the garden and terrace in summer. No/little traffic, quiet street. Guest access The property has a private garden. The owners live in the neighboring house, separated by a fence. A common access runs along the house and leads to an adjoining garage, reserved exclusively for the owners. A laundry room, also adjoining the accommodation but not accessible to guests, is used only by the owners. Other things to note Reservations in a professional setting (construction teams, craftsmen, technicians, etc.) are generally not accepted. Any such request will be subject to the owner's discretion.
