Wykeham Coach House

Lanreath is a friendly rural village 6 miles from Looe , Polperro or the Bodinnick ferry to Fowey. There are many other places to visit in the area including Bodmin Jail, Charlestown, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Restormel Castle and the Eden project is just 17 miles away. There are plenty of beaches to choose from and many good walking routes. Lanreath has a small shop and Post office that opens in the morning. The Tipsy Cow in Lanreath is the local bar and has occasional entertainment. The space Wykeham house was the coach house and coachman’s cottage for the Old Rectory. The annex is totally self contained with kitchen , lounge, dining area along with two bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is a bathroom with bath and shower over. There is fibre Wi-Fi and the kitchen is well equipped including dishwasher and microwave. Guest access The annex has its own front door and there is a patio and seating area at the front.
