This studio apartment is attached to the main home and includes a private shower, toilet, views of the ocean and mountains. Property has a swimming pool under a huge palapa overlooking the ocean on a private beach with a shower and bathroom. Enjoy the panoramic views of the ocean & mountains, see dolphins as you sip your coffee, walk 1 mile to la Picazon or a 5 mile drive to town. The space This home is powered by solar and has a back-up generator and water is trucked in. Please be eco conscious when staying. Guest access Guest will have access of the whole property including the pool and the palapa area with the bathroom and shower. There’s an outside kitchen area with a barbecue, but the inside of the house is NOT available, just the studio apartment attached. During your stay We are locals so happy to help answer any questions about the town and Mexico. Other things to note Water is limited so short showers are required as well as a conservation of energy.
