The kitchen has all you need to prepare breakfast or a light meal. The cozy bedroom with walk-in closet hosts a queen size bed with lux linens. The vintage bath has all amenities provided. You have access to the large saltwater pool, swimming dock, grilling patio and laundry facility. The space We provide coffee service in the kitchen. All other beverage & food is at the guest's discretion. The kitchen has all you need to prepare breakfast or a light meal. Plastic picnic ware is provided and dishwasher safe. All bath amenities are provided. (towels, soap, shampoo & blow dryer) Queen bed in private bedroom. The futon folds out into a twin bed for your extra guest. No glass in the pool area. We have provided several pool towels & pool noodles for your "water time" in the lake or pool. Guest access Guest's have access to the beautiful saltwater pool, lake side swimming docks, and public covered BBQ area. Other things to note We do not allow for pets. If you have a service animal with you, you must follow POA guidelines. Pets must be on leash at all times when outside. Pet owners must pick up after pets. Pets may not be left alone in Condo unless contained. No smoking or vaping inside. If there is evidence of smoking or vaping , an Extra $200 charge will apply. This is to cover extra cleaning expense.
