The space The building is located on La Fossa beach, in a quiet area of Calpe, ideal for families with children or couples, with a fine sandy beach, and between 50 meters and 3 minutes from the beach. It has a shared pool, pool areas, garden, solarium and lounge chairs. Some descriptions also indicate two pools, one for children and another large one for adults. Guests have nearby cafes, bakeries, small supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops, a pharmacy, clubs, the port of Calpe and several coves such as Cantal Roig. It is also about 200 meters from the Peñón de Ifach, 5 minutes from the entrance to the Peñón de Ifach Natural Park, a 10-minute walk from Arenal Beach and a 35-minute walk from the town center along a pleasant promenade. There is a bus stop about 100 meters away to go downtown or explore Calpe, with a connection to the train stop to visit nearby towns without taking the car and enjoy spectacular views. In July and August street parking is payable, but the rest of the year is free. A few kilometers away are important leisure attractions such as TERRA MITICA, AQUALANDIA, TERRANATURA, MUNDOMAR and BENIDORM PALACE; discounted tickets for these parks are sold at the office. Calpe, a town with a seafaring tradition, offers a privileged climate, beaches and coves for diving or snorkeling, hiking and biking trails such as Monte Oltá or the ecological walk to Benissa, boat rides and the climb to the Peñón. Guest access With the same key to the main entrance, you can access the pool area and the different entrances to the building. The building has several entrances, including three from the surrounding streets, and one of them offers almost direct access to La Fossa Beach. Respect the rules of use posted on the entrance door to the pool. Other things to note Parking is not included in the price. It has an extra cost and must be reserved in advance. Parking spaces are €70 per week and closed garages are €90 per week.
