Treehouse Cottage Retreat ~ 15 Mins to Black Mtn

Retreat to the Treehouse Cottage located just 20 mins to Asheville and 15 mins to Black Mountain. The space is equipped with a bedroom, bathroom, eat-in-kitchen, living room, loft, washer/dryer, and front porch. Note: This home has a shared driveway w/ our larger rental. 4WD/AWD Required in winter months! The space While the cottage includes a bedroom on the main level and a loft with a second queen bed, we prefer to host 2 adults max. This rental is ideal for couples or 1-2 individuals. Please note the spiral stairs leading up to the loft are very narrow and the loft ceiling is low in some places. The cottage is tucked in the woods while still being easily accessible! To access the cottage, you'll use a shared driveway that turns into a private driveway going in front of the main house, with parking at the foot of the cottage. There is a set of stairs to access the front porch and the front door. Our larger house rental is located directly next to the cottage. This house sleeps 10 people and is mostly booked on weekends only. House rules for both rentals includes quiet hours of 10PM to 7AM. The house is not visible from inside the cottage or from the porch. There is a nice privacy barrier of trees in between the two homes. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high speed internet, Smart TV, washer/dryer, comfortable high end furnishings, and complete serenity in this efficient and cozy space!
