Incredible 1500 m2 house in the best neighborhood of Curitiba, with swimming pool. Comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. The space features a large outdoor area, barbecue area, wine cellar, living room, fitness center, swimming pool, hot tub, vegetable garden and meeting room. *Our focus is to welcome FAMILIES and groups seeking TRANQUILITY WE DO NOT AUTHORIZE ANY EVENTS TO BE HELD. We are in a residential neighborhood and have neighbors, including the elderly and children, we ask for full respect for the silence rule after 10 p.m.* The space On the first floor: - 450m2 garden with fruit trees, swimming pool, pool bar, whirlpool, bathroom with gas shower, fitness center equipped with free weights, wooden deck with tables, sofas and sun loungers - Full kitchen: 5 burners + 42L electric oven - Barbecue grill - Dining area open to the barbecue area - Restroom - Room that accommodates up to 12 people - Service area: washing machine, tank and full bathroom with shower. - 2 covered parking spaces + 6 uncovered parking spaces On the second floor: 4 bedrooms, as follows: - 1 master suite with whirlpool and closet. - 1 en-suite with double bed and private bathroom - 1 demi-en-suite with double bed and closet - 1 demi-suite with a full bed, an extra single mattress and closet + garden view (The two demi-suites share a spacious bathroom with two sinks) - Meeting/dining room with table for 12 seats and large anteroom with 2 sofas and 2 armchairs - Restroom - Full kitchen upstairs: two refrigerators, oven, stove, microwave, mini air-conditioned cellar, etc… - Living room with TV and fireplace. In the basement: - Complete wine cellar with space for up to 150 bottles of wine and table for 6 people (We have a catalog of wines and spirits available for sale, please consult) IMPORTANT: it is imperative that the law of silence after 10 p.m. be respected! PETS are welcome upon payment of a fee & advance notice at the time of booking. The pool and garden are cleaned ONCE a week, always on the guest's check-in date. Remember that we are not a hotel and we do not provide a gardener and pool attendant every day. Other things to note For barbecues or lunches with outside guests, we charge a fee, each event is subject to the approval of the house owner and advance notice to neighbors, so please consult BEFORE making your reservation. We DO NOT authorize NIGHTTIME events (after 10 p.m.) and we do not make exceptions. The house accommodates 8 people in TOTAL (including adults and children). For extra guests, please check the rate per message. We are located in a residential neighborhood and next to a nursing home. Our neighborhood has zero tolerance for noise after the period of silence required by LAW. We have 24-hour security and patrol, any strange movement in the house that signals extra guests or unauthorized events will be reported to the house owners. Check-in: from 3 p.m. onwards Check-out: by 10 a.m. For early check-in/late check-out we charge a fee of 40% of the daily rate. SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Thank you
