We offer two complimentary bikes and a variety of sporting equipment, including pickleball gear, for our guests to enjoy in the park across the street, on the River Greenway, and throughout the town. Guest access Guests have complete private access to the first floor of the home, as reflected in the pictures showcased on this listing. A separately accessed one-bedroom apartment is located in the basement and our management office is located on the second floor of the home with private entrances for each. Other things to note My husband and I fell in love with this home years ago. We live in the neighborhood and often spend time in the park and gardens across the street from this home. We enjoy seeing all the wedding and celebrations that take place at Lake Side Rose Garden and we hope that the RoseWater will serve as an inviting additon to the park and neighborhood.
