A newly, hotel inspired, renovated cozy basement suite in the transit-friendly neighbourhood of Corso Italia. The suite includes an open-concept living, high-speed internet and everything you need for a perfect stay in Toronto. Less than a 10 minute walk from a variety of restaurants, a park, and shops on St. Claire avenue. With public transportation steps away( 1 minute to a bus stop), it's a perfect base for exploring the neighbourhood and the city. Parking is available! The space The guest suite opens into a comfortable bedroom with a smart television , WIFI, . Behind that, a kitchenette with a fridge, sink, microwave and coffee maker. Fresh linens are provided for the bedroom. A laptop-friendly workspace is also available with a desk and chair. Fresh towels are provided in the modern and clean 3-piece bathroom with a glass shower. While the space is great for two guests, if you have a little one and have your own play pen or crib, or single blow up mattress, you can have up to three guests. Guest access Guests will have access to the side entrance and the entire suite. Other things to note As is typical in many older Toronto homes, the ceiling height for the basement suite may be lower than expected! We are tall people 5’8 and 6’ and are comfortable in the space.
