This bright and comfortable home is located walking distance from grocery stores, banks, the gym, pool, seasonal farmers market and children’s park. It comfortably fits families with children, crews of workers and groups of friends traveling together! The space Welcome to your home away from home! Step out your door and hit up the farmers market in the summer months, head over to the gym and pool or take a quick stroll to a few of the “puddles” coffee shops for a quick java hit! You will be minutes away from biking and walking trails with the mountains, rivers, and lakes close all by.  Your fully loaded kitchen includes a five burner stainless steel gas cook stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. We try to keep the kitchen stocked with all the cooking supplies that we would want to have in our kitchens, so if you feel like making a peach pie, you will have everything that you need!  The house has four bedrooms. The top floor of the house has your main bedroom with a king bed and walk-in close, the second bedroom has a single bed and desk, and then the tv room with a pull-out couch. (The TV room with a pull-out sofa has a door, making it a private space). Each of these three rooms has a closet. The top floor of the house has a bathroom with a shower. On the main floor is the fourth bedroom with a queen bed and closets. The stackable washer/dryer is in this room, locked away in a closet. On the main floor is a second bathroom.  In the summer months there is an air-conditioning unit in the living room on the main floor and another in the master bedroom on the top floor. The house is filled with eclectic art, living plants and great morning and evening light for an inviting feel. Guest access Guests have access to all rooms minus the basement. (The basement is rented out to tenants.) The washer and dryer are in the bedroom with the queen bed. They are stackable and are inside a closet out of the way.
