Gîte Chez Antoine and Gîte De La Sioule

The space Set of two cottages in close proximity to each other: 63G1514 + 63G1515 for a capacity of 10 people. Meals will be served in the Sioule cottage (63G1515). You will be ideally located to travel in the department between the Puy de Dôme and the Chaîne des Puys listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the city of Clermont-Ferrand and its many attractions, the Sancy mountains where you will practice many outdoor activities: hiking, skiing, water activities on the lakes…, the picturesque villages with their beautiful Romanesque churches: the basilicas of Orcival and Saint-Nectaire for example. A barn separates the two cottages. Gîte 63G1514: on the ground floor: a kitchen (fully equipped: oven, Senseo, etc.) open to a living room with a wood stove (wood included in the price), a bathroom with a toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and one bedroom with 1 140 cm bed + 1 90 cm bunk bed (the top bed is forbidden for children under 6). Outside, private unenclosed land at the gîte with garden furniture. Gîte 63G1515: on the ground floor; large living room of 40 m² with dining room, living room, open kitchen and table that can be used for billiards. A bathroom/toilet, a storage room. On the 1st floor: a mezzanine, 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bunk bed. Outside you will enjoy a small unfenced plot with table, chairs and plancha. Motorcycle garage in the adjoining barn. Heating included. If renting sheets: beds made on arrival. Shops and services in Olby 2.4 km and Rochefort-Montagne 10 km. The vacation rental is equipped with a Green'up charging socket for electric vehicles. The package is €25 per week upon prior request to the owner.
