The owner (individual) host lives at the basement . Basement access not allowed for guest . Separate entrance . No interaction … extreme quiet . 3 bedroom 1 bath . Driveway , beautiful patio . All the space but no basement . It’s occupied by the host . I will not be there to greet my guest , but I sends all the detail over the phone/ txt . Feel free to call me anytime between 8am - 9 pm . Thank you Walmart / Costco and other department store on walking distance . About 1 mile. Walking 🚶‍♀️ is ok but not a lot of side walks around . Parking at driveway. Basement is occupied by owner (individual).separate entrance no interaction . . Not disturbing . Extremely quiet since it’s only one person. .
