The house has been completely renovated and offers large volumes bathed in light as well as 2 gardens and terraces. Very well equipped and nicely decorated, the house offers you an ideal setting for a stay with family or friends in complete comfort and relaxation. Gare St Jean is also accessible directly by tram (20 minutes). The space The kitchen is fully equipped with a children's island table and opens onto the terrace. The living room has a large table for 8 people. Sleeping area: 1 master bedroom with double bed 160x 200 cm and with shower room, adjoining dressing room 1 children's bedroom with 2 single beds (bed and drawer bed) 90x190cm 1 children's bedroom with 1 single bed 90x190cm, space for an inflatable mattress 1 bedroom/office with a sofa bed 140x190 cm The green hut in the garden is a small isolated outbuilding with bedroom and bathroom. The exterior The garden on the south side of the house has a table for 6 people (extra table and chairs in the garage if needed), a gas barbecue, parasol and the shade of the trees in summer. The northern garden, more shaded, is accessible by a passage alongside the house. A garage with 2 adult bicycles and 2 children (5 and 7 years old) is available. Parking: Spaces are available in front of the house, parking is free. Other things to note What you'll love about the neighborhood It is a quiet and green area with several parks nearby (Parc de la Cheneraie and Parc Bordelais) You can walk to the shops in the town center of Bouscat (very good bakery, butcher, cheese shop, supermarkets, restaurants 300m away).
