Seaside home recently renovated

With 7 sleeping spaces, we welcome families and contractors. Close to the seafront and a short walk to one of Portsmouth’s best fish and chips shops. Eastney shoreline is nearby for kayaking, with Milton Common also close for walks. Gunwharf Quays is within easy reach for shopping and entertainment. Free on-street parking is available, though permit parking may be introduced in the future. Please read the house rules before booking as a security deposit is required. The space Welcome to Rosa, our 2 bedroom house in Portsmouth. There is a living room, open plan kitchen dinner and a garden space. Guest access You have full access to the home and garden. Other things to note There is one video doorbell at the front door that is actively recording video and audio. There is is a noise monitor that records noise decibels levels, but does not record audio or video. No parties or guests who are not on the booking are allowed. Bin collection occurs on Thursday, and if you are around for this, please leave the wheelie bins at the front door and they will be emptied for you.
