Lovely seafront cottage with beautiful views over Mumbles Bay to Pier , lighthouse and beyond. Upstairs open plan living, exposed beams, high ceiling . Downstairs bedrooms and bathroom . Super WiFi fantastic TV choices. Free driveway parking. Easy walking on flat to all the attractions of Mumbles Village - shops, bars , restaurants and more. Stunning views in the summer , cosy in the Winter. Best beaches on Gower a few minutes away 488 Mumbles Road. On entrance to car park on R , park in drive Other things to note The oven is on the worktop, it’s a combo microwave / convection oven It’s capable of cooking large meals. Previous long term tenants have cooked a full Sunday roast dinner . Also the sea wall on the promenade is undergoing building work, the wall is being raised by 2-3 feet. The promenade path is diverted on some areas to allow work to continue. There is also some noise from the machines , sometimes early in the morning . By the way this is a lovely, old house, in the fishing village of Oystermouth (Mumbles) it’s not a pristine flat in Dubai, or a five star hotel room, it’s quaint and quirky, with stunning views over Mumbles Bay, driveway parking, easy access to the village and all its attractions -shops, bars , restaurants- and a very short drive to some of the best beaches in Gower, or a little further the Brecon Beacons , waterfalls and Afon Argoed cycle trails. But if you are expecting five star luxury it’s probably not for you .
