Perfect for the overnight stay for work or leisure in the Birmingham area. A 1-person bedroom offering the necessities for a comfortable and relaxing overnight stay. Located a 2min walk of Tyseley station, with trains taking 6mins to get into Birmingham City Centre, and with the Birmingham Airport located a 15min drive away, this lovely bedroom offers a comfortable place to rest your head at a fraction of the hotel room cost! Live in Airbnb Host with shared bathroom, kitchenette and lounge. The space The bedroom has a single bed and a workstation, and access to a Smart TV in the comfort of the room. This is within a room, facing the front of the property. The kitchen, bathroom and living room are all shared with live in male Airbnb host. Guest access You will have access to all the parts of the property apart from the host bedroom. Kitchen access is limited to the cutlery, crockery, fridge and microwave. During your stay I will be happy to help my guests with navigating through Birmingham and being able to offer them support and guidance should they need it. Other things to note I am living in the property and this is my home. I also have a family member staying with me for a few weeks. I am a male and have always lived in Birmingham but welcome new travellers who are willing to share my home and treat it with respect. Only thing to note/house rule, you will have access to the kitchen but the microwave, fridge, cutlery, crockery and sink only! No cooking unless otherwise agreed due to bad prior experiences unfortunately. Sorry!! The washing machine is allowed for 1 use with a guest staying for 3 nights minimum, otherwise it is chargeable per use.
