La Florentina is a wooden and stone house in a small village in the Segoviana countryside, surrounded by fields of cereal and pine forests. Very close to the house there are two ponds with swans and wild ducks. An ideal place to rest and share with your loved ones the time that always escapes outside. VUT 40/491 The space La Florentina is a wooden and stone house in Ochando, a small village typical of the Segovian countryside, surrounded by farm fields and pine forests. Very close to the house there are two ponds with black and white swans, geese, wild ducks and other waterfowl. VUT 40/491 It has a capacity for 13 people, being able to be extended to 15 with two extra beds. Downstairs is the living/dining room, fully equipped open kitchen, full bathroom with shower and two bedrooms with direct access to the patio: one with a double bed and another with two single beds. The upper floor is distributed in three triple bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower: two of them have a double and individual bed, one of them attic, the third is also attic and open to the staircase, with three single beds. Inside the courtyard there is an independent studio available to customers with a high bed and sofa bed (upon request it could be extra fees), small gym, bathroom with shower and breakfast area with microwave, coffee maker, kettle. On the landscaped patio there is saline chlorination pool, porch with dining area, barbecue area, barbecue and garden furniture. Guest access The house is fully rented, including the independent studio, within a courtyard with absolute privacy. Other things to note - Minimum rental for 2 nights. On some bridges, Christmas, Easter Week, the minimum nights can vary. - Check-out could be at 4pm at no additional cost, if the planning allows it. Consult with the property. - Do not bring a pet without prior notice to the owners. Specific rules for pets must be accepted. - A load of wood will be given for the fireplace and a charcoal bag for the barbecue at no cost. - It is mandatory to show a valid ID to fill out the check-in form. - Parties are prohibited and neighbors' rest will be respected. - The formalization of the reservation implies the acceptance of all these rules and those of the house.
