Five bedroom newly renovated Cayuga Lake house just minutes from downtown Ithaca. 200 ft of lake front with private dock, hot tub, beautiful views and all day sun! Close to wineries, Cornell, Ithaca College and multiple state parks. The space Like all the houses on the East side of Cayuga Lake the train runs close to the house. Train tracks run through our front yard (you can see the tracks in our photos) and goes by a few times a week. Train goes by slowly and only lasts a few minutes. Our kids love it and enjoy putting coins on the tracks! Again, like all the houses on the East Shore the street runs close to the house and the traffic noise can be noticeable, especially on week days. House is not child proofed so may not be appropriate for small children.
