Don’t miss your chance to experience one of the Seacoast’s most inviting private getaways. *Pool opens mid-May and closes early October* Guest access Please park in the new gravel driveway to the left of the main house, at the end of the rock wall. From there, walk down the hill to the pool area entrance—this path is less steep than the previous access point. The driveway accommodates up to two cars. Please use caution, as it is sloped when entering and exiting. The access code will be emailed 24hrs prior to check-in. Other things to note A lot has happened on the property since our 2024 season. We installed a new, more private, driveway just for our guests. This changes the side of the yard that you will access the pool house and the hill is much more gentle on this side. We have also redone our private backyard with a new deck, patio, fire pit so the backyard aesthetics are much more visually appealing as you come and go. We also have three dogs (Harley the Rhodesian Ridgeback / Bella the French Bulldog / Penny the Mississippi Hound) and they are all very friendly. The pool area is completely fenced in so they will not bother you down there but they will likely come and say hello if they see you on property. Please let me know if this is a bother and I will keep them inside if I see you outside. That said, I cannot guarantee that there won't be any interaction. Previous guests have found them to be super friendly and enjoyable. If you aren't a dog person and don't want any interaction, you may consider continuing your search.
