Flat TIERRA has recently been intervened with the aim of transforming its state and exalting its attributes through profound architectural and design modifications that in turn respect the history and character of the space. Some of the highlights of the apartment are: - Curtains and blackouts on all windows. - Floating desk for working. - Beautiful TV for enjoying series or movies. - Gas heater for cold nights. - Free weekly cleaning for long stays (more than 5 days). The space Conceptually inspired by the earth element, the flat becomes a cozy space during the day and night, providing to guests the chance to walk to the beautiful downtown, which is only 5 minutes away. During the day, TIERRA is bathed in natural light which allows guests to perform their activities comfortably. The RoofTop is an excellent space to go out, take a break and enjoy the 360º view of the city. During the night, as much as the face of RECINTO E5 as TIERRA come to life, illuminating each corner in a unique way. 582 / 5.000 PARKING Possibility of storing 2 vehicles (not exceeding 2.70 m in height and 5 meters in length) in a private parking lot opposite the building. A remote control is provided so that they can access it whenever they want. LAUNDRY Located on the rooftop of the building. It has two washing machines, a dryer, a lavadero and a clothesline. Soap capsules and fabric softener sheets are provided (no extra cost). You may come across with "Sultan" a chihuahua that roams around the RECINTO. He always welcomes guests.
