La Casa di Betta

Welcome to La Casa di Betta. We are Adriano and Betta, ready to host you in this wonderful house with a breathtaking view of the valley that divides Umbria and Lazio, surrounded by olive groves, woods and fruit trees that change color depending on the season and a farm that you can visit for free. Guests will have a private pool, a barbecue, gym and the possibility of a Laser Game in the woods! 1 hour from Rome and 45 minutes from Umbrian attractions The space The Outdoor Space There is a large parking lot in front of the house. At the back of the house there is a porch that juts out over the evocative Umbrian landscape (our customers love to lie on the lawn with a glass of wine and enjoy the aperitif with a magnificent view at sunset). On the porch, you can find chairs, wooden benches, a professional foosball table, and a large table ideal for lunches with a view of the Umbrian valley and your swimming pool. In the huge garden at your disposal you can also find a barbecue, a gym (available in summer) and a children's slide. On a more hidden side, there is also our fantastic garden, where customers, upon request, can pick seasonal fruits and vegetables, with unique and genuine flavors. On the side of the house, in addition to the fence with the animals of the farm we manage, there is the swimming pool that measures 9m x 4m and is 1.40m deep. The pool is for the exclusive use of the house and is not shared with anyone. Our customers really appreciate the fact that there are stairs to facilitate entry or to let even the youngest children play. By the pool there are deck chairs and 2 large umbrellas. There is also a shower at your disposal built by Adriano. The interior space Ground Floor The living room measures 42 square meters, there is a chestnut table about 5m long with chairs, fireplace, TV, two very comfortable sofas, stereo, CD player and a wonderful arch overlooking the coffee room. The living room is very bright thanks to two large windows on the long sides of the house and the central window that allows direct passage to the porch. Next to it you will find our coffee room (about 12 square meters) with a white coffee table, 4 chairs and a stove to warm up (with wood included). From here you have access to the first bathroom (with a washing machine). Our kitchen (about 13 square meters), entirely in wood and marble, is equipped with a large refrigerator and a freezer, dishwasher, an oven, electric stove, coffee machine, cutlery, glasses, plates and a wonderful marble top, ideal for a breakfast with your family. A wooden door in the kitchen wall allows access to the first bedroom of the house. Here you will find a double bed and a wardrobe. The room is very bright thanks to the two large windows that open onto the garden in front of the pool. First Floor Going up the stairs next to the coffee room are the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bathroom (about 5 square meters) has a shower cubicle and a small window that faces the south side of the house. The first bedroom (about 17 square meters) has a double bed, a wardrobe, two mirrors, and a private bathroom with a bathtub ideal for a relaxing evening, immersed in the sounds of nature. An extra bed can be added for a fee. The second bedroom (about 17 square meters) overlooks the pool and has 2 single beds, plus an additional one for a fee, a wardrobe, a desk for study or work, and two windows that allow a view of the pool and the enclosure with the animals. Second Floor Finally, on the top floor, we come to our favorite room, La Torre. Here, in addition to the double bed, a desk and a wardrobe, there are two large windows that rise on both sides of the tower, allowing our customers to appreciate the spectacle of nature in all its facets, admiring sunsets and suggestive landscapes, difficult to find elsewhere (look at the photos and judge for yourself!). The room has a size of about 15 square meters. Services at your disposal We, Adriano and Betta, live in the house next door, and will be available throughout your stay, ready for any clarification or additional service (information on attractions, farm visits, Laser Game, etc.). We will not occupy your home, garden, swimming pool or other services at your disposal and private. The Pool: The magnificent private pool with steps to access it is at your disposal 24 hours a day, with the addition of 6 sunbeds and 2 parasols. WiFi & other services: Free WiFi will be at your disposal. There is a free TV, board games and a free foosball table. Sheets: All sheets are provided free of charge, clean and fragrant every time the house is cleaned. Pets: pets are not allowed. Gym: A magnificent Technogym, FREE OF CHARGE, at your disposal all summer. Laser Game: A short distance from La Casa di Betta there is the possibility of accessing Green Army. Green Army is a sports club (always managed by us, Adriano and Betta) that allows a game simulation with laser weapons. It is carried out in 8 hectares of private forest with laser game weapons that are 100% harmless to humans (if you have any doubts, you can always ask). In addition to the game, you can take walks on the trails, visit the large Roman dam, read a book or stop for lunch in the playground, where there is a space equipped with tables, benches and a fireplace (wood included). Other things to note From 06/01/2024, a tourist tax of €1.50 per person will be introduced for a maximum of 4 days, to be paid upon arrival in cash.
