This very stylish and unique place sets the stage for a memorable trip. Located in the heart of the historic walled-in city of Old San Juan. Right next to famous Pigeon Park and La Fortaleza (Governor's Mansion). Amidst restaurants & shops. NOTE: our building is antique/historic; no elevators available, must be able to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to room 7. The space Room for 2ppl with king bed, A/C, working desk and private bathroom. Guest access Public areas shared with other guests include the rooftop, lobby and bar/ballroom (if no events), lobby-bathrooms. Other things to note #1 house rule: our building is antique/historic; we still have iron cast plumbing system, not the modern PVC type. So it is VERY delicate- please DO NOT flush ANYTHING other than toilet paper down any of our toilets to avoid $500 service fee for unclogging, etc.
